It's not a credit card, charge card or debit card, although you use it in exactly the same way to shop online, over the phone or in store. It's a prepaid MasterCard® that you load funds onto. Each time you use the card, the amount of your purchase and a 2.95% fee are deducted from your balance. When your funds are running low you simply load up the card again.
